The village and township of Bath are located in the southeastern
portion of Clinton County and is bordered by East Lansing, Haslett,
Lansing and DeWitt. Expansion from
the East Lansing and Meridian township communities has
developed Bath into a suburb offering some of the areas most
exclusive subdivisions and highly regarded golf courses.
Even with expansion at it's doorstep, Bath retains its rural flavor.
There are still many large farm operations and fishing at Park
Lake. Outdoor activities at nearby Rose Lake State Wildlife
Center include cross country skiing, horse riding trails, target
ranges, hiking and picnicking.
The primary school district is Bath
Community Schools which serves the largest geographical area in the
township. Children in the southwest portion of the township attend
East Lansing Public Schools. Children in the southeast portion of
the township attend Haslett Public Schools. Children in the
northeast corner attend Laingsburg Community Schools.
