Haslett is located in Meridian Township and is immediately adjacent to East Lansing, Okemos and Michigan State
University. Haslett serves as one of the area's

Haslett High School has an extensive Advanced Placement Curriculum
with
Haslett students test scores being well above state and national
averages. A high percentages of Haslett graduates go on to attend
college.
Haslett is conveniently close to
the cultural amenities and entertainment of Lansing and nearby
Michigan State University while the community's tree-lined streets
and quiet neighborhoods allow for a living experience that contrasts
with a busy city. Haslett is experiencing huge
commercial growth with new businesses continually establishing in

Haslett is most notable for being
the home of Lake Lansing. The lake is approximately 500 acres in
size and features two public parks, allowing access to beaches,
fishing, and a boat launch. Two major sailing clubs are active on
Lake Lansing.
